Verified employers searching the Talent Cloud can find your profile. Standard profiles appear masked in search.
Employers see who you are and how to reach you. On Standard, both are masked until you upgrade.
Y-Axis checks your ID and location proof. The Verification Level 1 (VL1) badge tells employers the person behind the profile is real.
Your education and employment records are reviewed against documents. Verification Level 2 (VL2) is only available with Premium, and it's the check employers ask about first.
A "Visible to employers" toggle sits on your profile for the whole 12 months. Turn it off while you're interviewing, on when you're ready. It only works after you've given data-sharing consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Talent Cloud works in two states. A Standard member can build a profile, search openings across markets and only save them, but their profile stays out of employer view and their applications go out with name and contact masked. Premium is the switch that changes that state: for 12 months, your profile is discoverable by employers on the platform and your details travel with every application.
Premium also confers Verified status. Before your profile is shown to employers, Y-Axis verifies your identity and location (Verification Level 1 (VL1)) and your education and employment (Verification Level 2 (VL2)). The badges appear on your profile and on your applications. Employers on Talent Cloud pay nothing to view or contact Premium members, which is why verification matters: a verified, contactable profile is what an employer with a live role is looking for, and that's the final thing they check before making contact.
Premium is not a placement service and does not apply on your behalf. If you want documents written, a market strategy, or a consultant actively hunting roles for you, those are separate Y-Axis services and can be added at any time. Premium is the foundation they sit on.

Premium runs for 12 months from the date of payment. It does not renew automatically; we'll remind you before it ends and you choose whether to renew.
Fees are payable in advance through the payment methods on the platform and are shown exclusive of applicable taxes.
Premium fees are non-refundable once paid, including if you stop using the platform or turn visibility off before the term ends.
The subscription cannot be cancelled mid-term. You can stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your profile data under the Privacy Policy.
Premium does not guarantee employment, employer contact, interview calls, or a better position in employer search results.
Verification Level 1 (VL1) and Verification Level 2 (VL2) are verified by Y-Axis against the documents you submit. Verification signals are indicators shown to employers, not a warranty of authenticity. Providing false documents ends the membership without refund.
Your profile is shared with employers only after you give data-sharing consent and switch visibility on. Withdrawing consent hides your profile immediately; it does not refund or extend the term.
Employers may use your profile only to evaluate and contact you for recruitment. Once an employer downloads your résumé, they become responsible for that copy.
You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate. Verified badges may be withdrawn if underlying information changes or is found to be incorrect.
Features may be modified during the term. Material changes to these terms will be notified where required.
